First let me introduce myself. My name is Anthony Baker; I am an experienced and knowledgeable restaurant professional. I have been in the industry for over 20 years beginning with an education in the culinary arts. Trained by my grandfather who was a chef I began my love of food that has lasted me a life time. I have a passion for food, wine and spirits, and a deep belief in knowing the source of where your food comes from and who produced it. It's because of this passion that I have traveled the world looking for new culinary adventures. I seek to up lift my career and so I strive to always gain more knowledge in this industry. I’m an avid reader and try and keep up with industry trends and news both locally and national through contacts and events which helps me to preform my job duties to the best of my ability. As a Sommelier, Spirit Sommelier and a Bar Curator, I like to keep a philosophy of small batch handmade products and grand ideas to further along the cocktails of the future, using inventive and new techniques that not only to entice the eye but refresh the palate.
