A broad range of contracts has allowed me to utilise my dynamic skillset to bring about change to a range of under-performing curricula, by designing and managing the implementation of robust programmes.A proven history in delivering:• Development opportunities that allowed the refocusing of the curriculum intent within the structure of an organisation and maximise a cost-effective solution to the strategic needs.• Coached performance management, skill-set utilisation and facilitated internal and external recruitment.• Driven quality monitoring of Management performance criteria for internal, Ofsted or FE Commissioner improvement.• Produced cost analysis and streamlining of offer to meet development needs, negotiated with major external contractors (BMW Mini, Honda) to provide suitable frameworks for over 300 Apprenticeships.• Introduced, training and development of software packages and ‘deep-dive’ proforma to Management teams, allowing flexible, cost effective utilisation of resources.• Motivational support of Managers to achieve a higher standard of performance and achievement.• Advisement to an established Executive Team or covering vacant posts whilst undertaking a transition, reporting to the Senior Leadership Team as required.
