Automic Scheduler Assisted in the development and transition of new HCL UC4 team at Disney. Receive a high-level overview of schedules and high impacting jobs from Application and Development teams. Created the runbook which included the documentation and procedures for all team functions. Implemented team roles and 24/7 coverage between India and US staff. Cross train existing TWS schedulers on the Automic application. This allowed for a smooth transition to effectively support and maintain every aspect of the Automic environment. This includes 24/7 teams responsible for monitoring and paging, ADHOC request, scheduling, and application administrators.-Complex Batch scheduling for all application teams and developers’ requirements. Also, provide L3 scheduling support as needed.-Administration for Automic A/E and Processes issues, and installation of Agents on all platforms (Unix/Linus/Windows/others) and handle connection issues.-Manage Users and Groups. Create FTP and DB connection objects. Maintain Variables. Made sure paging alerts are functioning and creating proper incidents.Tivoli Workload Scheduler-Experienced with Tivoli Workload Scheduler versions 8.2 through TWS 9.4.-Analyzed complex application batch dependencies and prerequisite relationships. -Maintained paging and exception requirements for Job abend handling. -Created Events to prevent long running objects per client's specified runtimes.-Worked with the application team to create complex batch schedules. Which included adding, removing, modifying scheduling objects through TDWC and/or TWS Composer (UNIX/LINUX).-Participated in periodic DR failovers on MDMs and DMs exercises.-Added and removed Workstations as required. Troubleshoot Workstation connections issues.
