• Managing the daily service-related business including call Management, call Escalation, resource dispatch, problem accounts, and establishment of priorities.• Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance in all installed GE PETrace and Sumitomo Cyclotron in Radiopharmaceuticals Center, both in Korea and in Philippines. Including Repair, Troubleshooting and System upgrade.• Driving timely resolution on technical issues and customer concern and communicate with the customer for proper execution.• Driving improvements on service process to provide high quality of service and to meet customer satisfaction.• Lead and facilitate technical problem solving within the RP Center, by providing on-demand front line field service support• Responsible to create Maintenance Program, parts inventory and to make sure that the Cyclotron is working properly to avoid any downtime and minimize the Service Cost.• Analyze the equipment to detect the root cause of issues to determine the long term solution and to increase performance, quality, efficiency and reliability• Provide product training to customer to safety and properly use of equipment and new features or enhancements made to existing features .

• Responsible for the Maintenance, Installation and Repair of Medical Equipment ( Like Cyclotron, PETscan, Xray, Mammography, Anesthesia Machine, and Hemodynamic System )• Leading and Driving productivity to meet 95% uptime Guarantee of Medical Equipment. • Developing new process to reduce cost without compromising Customer Satisfaction in Servicing of Medical equipment. • Analysing Product Productivity. And Handling Product Quality Issues• Designed an employee productivity improvement incentive program that resulted in increase in productivity. Provide Local Training for the Channel Partner• Handling customer concern / Issues and Maintaining good Relationship to the Customer• Leading the assigned Product Installation• Provide Technical Support to our Local Distributor in Anesthesia Machine and Hemodynamic System.

Work as Head of Biomed Department and my Main Responsibilities are :• Review and planning for the whole year Maintenance and Calibration schedule of all Medical Equipment of Hospital. • Performed Maintenance, Calibration and Repair of Medical Equipment. • Developing new Work flow / Work Instruction in performing repair and Calibration of Medical Equipment as per ISO 9001:2000 requirements. • Review all quotations for the requested Job-out repair and endorse the qualified Contractor.• Reducing the Hospital Cost in Job-out repair and Calibration and Building Good Relationship with End-user• • Review the Quality Manual of Hospital, and revise any Work flow that requires improvement of Process.
