Core Responsibilities* Senior leader responsible for a team of investment professionals overseeing superannuation fund investment operations; including unit pricing, transitions, derivative regulatory reporting, vendor management and governance.* Responsible for the investment administration and governance of assets for the NM Super - Super Directions Fund, representing ~$55Bn.* Pro-active and direct engagement with the NM Super Board, Trustee Investment Committee, and Trustee Office to provide regular reporting on the fund's operation, and to influence and support delivery of continuous improvement and/or strategic initiatives* Primary lead in managing NM Super's outsourcing relationship with BNP Paribas. Responsible for overseeing core components of the relationship - service performance, commercials, strategic initiatives, including key leadership roles.* Chair and participant across various management and risk committees: > Chair of AMP Australia BNPP Management & Commercial Committee > Chair of AMP BNPP & EY Risk Management and Assurance Forum > Member of Investment Governance Review Forum > Member of AMP Australia Finance Leadership Team* Responsible for driving the strategic development of the Investment Control function in conjunction with key external partners.

Core responsibilities* Led the Investment Separation stream for one of Australia's largest and most complex SFT's. > Program stream was responsible for the Superannuation fund divestment from the AMP Life company to facilitate the sale of the Life business to Resolution Life.* Comprised ~$55Bn divestment and transfer of assets (via SFT) from the AMP Life Co. to NM Super SDF.* Assumed responsibility for all core phases of the investment separation solution - design, build, test and implementation.* Primary lead for engagement with Superannuation Trustee and Life Co. Boards and Investment Committees - from workshops through to final approval.* Responsible for managing external service providers (from initial engagement through to implementation: > BNPP - custodian and service provider to AMP Life & NM Super > Matrix IDM - transition solution > Investment Managers
