Anthony is the Founder and President of the Baugher Group, a consulting network that specializes in providing consulting services in the fields of staff recruitment, talent acquisition, and leadership searches.Anthony is an author, keynote speaker, and leadership strategist whose passion is to help organizations, schools, universities, and churches build internal systems for accelerated and sustainable leadership, funding, and growth. Anthony received a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Eastern Oregon University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University.Anthony and his wife Cindy have three children, Zachary (23), Joshua (20), and Kate (12) and live in Tennessee.
