Working as a road patrol officer, handled thousands of crash investigations, break-ins, assaults, and hundreds of embezzlements, thefts, and frauds. Lead the Crash Investigation team in dozens of investigations from scene data collection to presentation of findings, as well as preparing training days and materials.Wrote numerous proposals for equipment, funding, and new positions.Sought out training and development leading to new opportunities for the department.Worked in policy and procedure creation on policing crashes, vehicle handling and disposal, as well as participating in the state processes for the same.Operated as Department Liaison in several capacities at various organizations and levels.Took minimal training in multiple areas and continued learning and expanding those skills.
