28 Oct 2013 is my official start date. Sold my first unit 16 NOV 2013. Currently still in training status. Sold 4 units the next weekend & first one out the next day. Now I'm currently working referrals. Dec 1st to Dec 20th 2013. Trained in the Chrysler Academy & completed the courses to be eligible for incentives. Trained in Joe Verde's "How To Sell Cars" Which Was Also On Point, Not A Completed Course. Sold 2.5 units out of a recommended 8 units. Last day was 12/31/13. Not an environment I recommend to work in. Training is Awesome & on Point. Coaching needs a lot of work. It's hard to work with someone who does not have the patients to coach & give the Why's for New Consultants to understand. The Atmosphere is very Hostile with the exception of the 10 year individuals. Over all experience is a 4, I enjoyed the time spent with consumers
