Document Administrator
CurrentThis position is responsible for creating, auditing, and processing customer paperwork to timely andaccurately register a vehicle.Duties include but not limited to:- Participating in the development of strategic plans, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment withthose of Market Operations and company.- Define and implement paperwork best practices to ensure compliance with applicable regulatorystandards.- Provide guidance and performance feedback to Paperwork Specialists, Customer Advocates, andmarket leadership to ensure effective paperwork procedures are in place.- Work closely with local regulatory agencies and/or partners to receive, generate, and submitpaperwork in compliance with local requirements.
