As a Military Police Company Team Chief, I manage a communications section as part of the "Shoot, Move, Communicate" process. Along with two Retrans Operators, I maintain and manage SINCGARS, Harris (High Frequency radio, AN/PRC-148 MBITR radio, FBCB2/BFT TOC Set equipment. I manage all user accounts for my unit and ensure that all incoming personnel complete required cyber and information assurance training for user accounts set up by the Network Enterprise Center. I ensure that all soldiers are trained on radio programming, operation and trouble shooting methods for all assigned equipment. Also I provide communication and personnel for Battalion level Field Exercises in conjuction with S6 personnel.
