• Coached, mentored, and assisted the team development of ~70 staff members through ongoing individual and team training; and• Maintained and supervised studio operations and facility management in a fast-paced and high demand environment.

• Recruited and worked with local makers and artisans to showcase and promote Ontario-made products; and• Trained staff members, provided customer service, and tracked sale goals and target projections.
