Managed the operations of 6 campus stores in the United States, serving over 4,000 employees. Responsibilities included daily, weekly, and quarterly reporting to Royalties, Payroll and Finance Departments. Business partner to HR/Global Benefits, focusing on delivering an exceptional experience to employees. Primary liaison with IT leaders, ensuring that all initiatives and enhancements are focused on improved business processes for employees and stores. Successfully managed all campus vendor productivity to ensure delivery on strategies defined for implementation on campuses. Sourced new vendors and services to expand and add to the employee experience.
