Management of a team of customer service and operational support staff for ANZs Commercial & Agri clients and Relationship Management teams.Team size - 25 FTEResponsible for:• Recruitment • Performance Management – People and performance, training and development, staff engagement• Risk Management, Service and Operational Effectiveness monitoring and oversight• Stakeholder Management – Relationship teams, working closely with Regional Managers and Senior Managers to help win in their key markets and making banking easier for our customers and people. • Ensuring our customers experience excellent quality service

• Actively manage the daily working capital requirements for clients.• Promote customised ANZ transactional products and services to both existing and potential clients. • Undertake risk reviews for clients to ensure accounts are being operated in the best way to mitigate the risk of fraud.• Provide solutions to both clients and Relationship Management teams to win and bring new business on board.
