In past jobs there were always certain ways the store, the restaurant, the area you worked in, worked. It always pertained to the customer, what they were getting and their satisfaction with any experience; and of course the Co workers just more or less in different places. Long story short, my experiences were taken advantage of and used as a sort of trial and error self teaching. But that's just how my life has always been, don't know the answer, figure it out.
