• Build and maintain relationships with key representatives from all support groups to ensure successful implementation.• Develop and communicate implementation schedule, materials, specifications and rollout plan.• Participate in Kick-Off meetings with representatives of the client, call centers, media companies and any third-party contributor to communicate the project scope and implementation schedule.• Data interfaces with clients, call centers and media companies are critical to the successful implementation of our programs. Keep Implementation manager informed of ongoing work daily as well are recorded in time/task tracking systems.• Work with the business analysts to understand customer requirements and expectations for performance reporting, imports and exports. Deliver accurate specification to developers.• Promote a positive professional image of Intelemedia internally and externally.• Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers.
