I am a successful facilitator of a range of First Aid subjects, based in Brighton. I currently specialize in AED Training, Paediatric First Aid Training and First Aid at Work Training. This was a natural progression from my Safety Procedures and Aviation Medical training as I am able to utilize my interpersonal and communication skills to the full. I look forward to broadening my scope to deliver a wider range of courses in the future.As a Customer Service Professional with over 30 years experience in the Travel Industry, most of which with a major airline, working effectively as part of a team using initiative, self motivation and interpersonal skills to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Leading a diverse team by example with encouragement and mentoring skills, being highly self motivated and able to inspire the same in others. Ensuring deadlines are met and taking overall responsibility for the ultimate in customer care for some of the company's most important customers. In addition, since 2004 I have worked in partnership with my husband as an Interior Designer, with a particular interest in Feng Shui and home staging. After two successful home renovations of our own we were invited to work with one of the areas most progressive and ultimately successful contractors and what was once a hobby became a career. We take pride in tailor made solutions to our individual clients needs and in tribute to the great William Morris, ensure our designs are both practical as well as beautiful!
