Pérez and key users to develop the Critical Race Spatial Praxis in design workshops specific for the project. - Ensuring that all key members of the design, construction and user teams are trained in CRT and Critical Race Spatial Praxis in Campus Design so that everyone is aware that space is not neutral. - Coordinating phase 1 site environmental survey

- Managing 20-30 concurrent projects across campus with diverse budgets and schedules utilizing both in-house crews and contractors. - Collaborating with both in house design staff and outside consultants to make sure the design stays within budget and meets stakeholder goals.- Working with administrators, maintenance staff, suppliers, contractors, community groups, committees, public officials and students.- Supervising Risk claim projects in both the immediate response and in making full repairs- Working with PSU employees and contractors to create and refine safety plans- Managing various hazardous material projects/scopes involving Asbestos, Lead, Mold and Silica across campus.- Overseeing Lead work in a childcare facility on campus.- Running projects on buildings on the National and Local Historic registries- Coordinating and facilitating training of PSU staff on newly installed equipment- Providing additional informal mentoring for new department staff- Acting as the backup point of contact for Assistant Director of Construction.- Supporting a variety of groups in estimating and planning for their future capital improvement projects
