As an experienced Production, Logistics and Program Manager, I’ve had many opportunities and acquired a broad range of skills over my military career in the aircraft maintenance, logistics and program management fields including production management, manpower management, developing people and logistics sustainment. I’m known as leading with integrity, determination and positive collaboration across the Department of Defense and logistic partners. I’ve orchestrated and managed $15.7B worth of operational sustainment resources while directing organize, training and equipping operations for 3K+ personnel across 28 locations around the globe, earning the respect of leaders and partners in and outside the DoD community. I am passionate about developing co-workers, arming them will the resources, knowledge, and skills for personal and professionally growth to build a better team, community, and organization.
