Oracle E-Business (MDM) Master Data Manager for International business. Responsible for working with both functional and technical personnel to gather, manage, model, and document the detailed requirements for Oracle's E-business master data, for both OnPrem PIM and PDH Cloud environments. This role includes contributing to enterprise data standards and managing related staff, both domestic and international.* Translate business needs into MDM solutions utilizing process and data flow techniques.* Support current production MDM environments consisting of multiple master data hubs.* Design, build, and support conceptual and logical models from business requirements.* Perform the required facilitation, analysis, and design tasks related to MDM solutions.* Advocate principles of business/IT while focusing on enterprise architecture/data strategies.* Analyze current business processes and procedures for leveraging future MDM capabilities. * Contribute to, enhance, and enforce enterprise wide data standards and manage MDM staff.* Ensure the quality and development of training and documentation for MDM architecture.* Consult on tech architecture, implementation, and modification activities for MDM solutions.* Assist with designing the governance activities associated with enterprise MDM compliance.
