Serves as a financial advisor and liaison to the Office of the Chief Financial Officer managing the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS) agency budget development and monitoring personnel services and non-personnel services for the DYRS operating budget. Managed the unique budgetary process of formulation, execution, justification, and monitoring for the Metropolitan Police Department and Criminal Justice Coordinating Council. Monitored aggregate PS and NPS operating budgets by program and work with department managers to allocate resources. Partner with accounting team to monitor various overtime expenditures, create journal expenses, and re-allocate expenditures among CSGs for various PS-related MOUs and MOAs.
