Getting the organisational foundations right is essential to setting Quantum Safety up as a high performing, specialist worksite protection business. Moving forward, I am spearheading initiatives to leverage and develop new innovations and best practice procedures from across the globe.By combining expert consultancy skills with my proven front-line services, I design worksite protection solutions for our clients. My approach seamlessly integrates a focus on optimising performance, integrity and output of our clients’ businesses and assets to deliver real business outcomes safely and responsibly with a diverse, collaborative and skilled workforce.

In 2010, MCR made a strategic decision to introduce a Sydney based Safeworking division as an extension of their core services. I was appointed to the role of Operations Manager, responsible for all management and operational requirements, in recognition of my ability to work with all levels of management within the industry and my history of successful delivery of complex safety programs.My role was to ensure that the deployment of the solution was business led, successfully adopted and integrated as part of the new business as usual model. My team was responsible for the vital program streams of the new operating model, organisational establishment, and change management.Under my administration, the Safeworking division grew to over $30m operation in nine years. A staffing complement of 25 people serviced over 480 clients and managed 390 field staff. At the time of my leaving, the Division was operating as a commercially sustainable business.

Major projects included: • Hornsby Turnback - Laing ORourke • Cronulla Line duplication - John Holland Group • Hazelbrook Underpass - Laing ORourke • NovoRail, Power Supply Upgrade • Glenfield Junction Alliance (GJA) • Southern Sydney Freight Line (SSFL) - Arenco, Gartnerrose • Coordinating and implementing the installation of all digital advertising signs - APNO and Adshell
