I oversaw the set up and running of Way to Blue Australia from its inception in 2010. Key areas of responsibility were the maintenance and growth of the Australian P&L, establishing the brand on a local level within the digital space and management of the online publicity & social media strategy for Paramount Pictures Australia as well campaigns for Paramount Home Entertainment, Fox Home Entertainment and Transmission Films.

I was responsible for directing the online publicity strategy for major film clients Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures Releasing and Universal Pictures as well as independent distributors Lionsgate Films, Metrodome Distribution and Artificial Eye. Internally, I oversaw team strategy & delivery against key client objectives as well as retaining and growing existing film business within the UK and Ireland.

I was responsible for managing the Paramount Pictures account as well as other key clients such as THQ Wireless, Universal Pictures, Disney and Metrodome Distribution. I also set up Way to Blue’s presence in the Irish market as an extension to key UK clients. In addition, a major part of the role was to aid the company’s growth in Europe by showcasing best practice in key markets to emerging Way to Blue teams – notably Spain & Italy.
