Performed Maintenance Instruction for airline Maintenance employees; on-demand contract maintenance and Fuel vendor training; included instructional training in the familiarization of the Embraer 145, Honeywell Primus 100 Avionic package, Rolls Royce AE 3007A Turbine Engine and the British Aerospace BAe Jetstream 4100 Airliner. I provided on-the-job training and audits for the east coastmaintenance base at Washington National Airport. I performed the following functions as a Maintenance Training Instructor as assigned by the Manager of Training. Develop, maintain and taught maintenance in accordance with accepted OEM familiarization training programs. Ensure that maintenance training courses were up to date, technically acceptable and clearly understandable to the technician and used in his daily duties. Develop, maintain technical training aids. I conducted recurrent training within the training curriculum and GMM manual requirements. Updated and maintained training records current and new maintenance employees. Develop non technical training courses such as First Aid, Haz-Mat, and other courses related to the overall safety of the technician. I maintained the curriculum in accordance with IATA, OSHA, FAR, DOT. Developed instructional training material Completed documentation for all instructional training provided (FAR 121) requirement, training evaluator for Run/Taxi qualifications for the Embraer 145 and J4100. Provided heavy checks and block inspections on the EMB145 and the J4100 aircraft. I conducted instructional training on FAR requirements. Computer SkillsExperienced with Microsoft Office and other related office software applications. Lotus Smart Suite, Sabre, Flight plot and internet programs such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook and Netscape. Maximo, and Configuration Management, Vis-AER , Power-point, Excel Photo Shop and various databases.
