Performed the following functions as a Maintenance Training Manager as assigned by the Director of Maintenance. Develop, maintain and taught maintenance in accordance with accepted OEM familiarization training programs. Ensure that maintenance training courses were up to date, technically acceptable and clearly understandable to the technician and used in his daily duties. Develop, maintain technical training aids. I conducted recurrent training within the training curriculum and GMM manual requirements. Updated and maintained training records current and new maintenance employees. Perform Alteration and Repair Classification, generate company forms with instructions to comply with Ads and service bulletins, write EO’s to cover modification or major alterations and repairs, coordinate parts and tooling for compliance, generate FCD’s for accomplishment of fleet inspections and establishment of changes in service procedures

Monitor and coordinate line maintenance activities. Maintained and controlled deferred discrepancies. Arranged Special Flight Permit authorizations when required with established GMM procedures; performed Maintenance planning duties on the weekend when Maintenance Planner was unavailable. Rerouted company's aircraft when warranted due to flightoperation reroute of aircraft due to mechanical delays, weather cancellations or other unforeseen activities. Responsibilities included determining the airworthiness of Mesa Air Group aircraft and enforcement of the General Procedures Manual. (GPM) Performed assigned inspection functions in accordance with the GPMand other company manuals. Ensure Mesa Air Group aircraft are inspected to the prescribed standard of airworthiness and serviceability. I reviewed the Aircraft Flight and Maintenance Log (AFML) and DeferredDiscrepancy Log (D.D.L.) for Pilot Reports (Pireps) and Deferred Maintenance items that are to be corrected by maintenance personnel. Performed Aircraft Maintenance & Flight Log audits for accuracy.Reviewed Non Routine Job Cards for Deferred Maintenance items that are to be corrected by maintenance personnel for accuracy and proper corrective action sign-offs. Certified the aircraft airworthiness (with regard to the work performed) after an inspection by signing the aircraft airworthiness release in the AFML. Recorded discrepancies detected on appropriate work sheets. I was a member in the Mesa Maintenance Review Board. Performed Parts Receiving Inspection duties as needed.

Worked as a Line Mechanic im MSP when Pinnacle was Express Airlines One, Inc. operating out of a Line Shack at the old Regional terminal. Not there very long due to Northwest decsion to give MSP to Mesaba Airlines. WOrked on the J3100 with the Meth tanks in the back and the SAAB A model that Express Airlines One was flying at the time

Served in the Delaware Army National Guard 198th Signal Battalion C Company in Newport Delaware. Received Army Accommodation Medal for Service during the 1988 Bald Eagle New York Signal Node installation
