Was brought in to lead and transform the HR function from an administrative department into a strategic business partner for a growing company, including four acquisitions in 2017. Brought HR and Operations together to address and solve for the biggest challenges facing the company. Utilized data for analysis and decision drivers, prioritizing HR energy on the key positions that most predict success. Led the organization through a focused approach on turnover, associate engagement, and staffing levels. This included evolving the talent acquisition team and process, the role of the field leader, and the approach to total rewards.

Brightview is an industry leader in the commercial services space with, in 2016, nearly $2.5 Billion in revenues and 22,000 team members in over 250 branches. In 2014, Brightview merged with its largest competitor to transform a strong family company to a professionally managed public ready organization. Hired post merger to lead the corporate Human Resource function, supporting Finance, Legal, Procurement, Technology, HR, and Marketing and Communications. • Led change through company-wide organizational redesign. Recruited and hired the right leadership, restructured departments and teams, and fostered a new company culture. • Engaged in multiple work streams preparing the company for public readiness. Implemented a strategy to identify and assess process gaps, source talent, and ensure execution against aggressive timelines.

Led Human Resources organization of 4000-employee Enterprise Services Sector and Corporate Office. Examined and initiated creative solutions for retirement eligible workforce that also allowed for entry level employees opportunities for advancement. Created programs and worked across departments to bring solutions to the pipeline pain points as well as built initiatives that focused on diversity and inclusion.

Led Human Resource organization, including talent acquisition, talent management, learning, compensation, employee relations, benefits, and payroll. Established vision of collaboration, service, and proactive approach to meet needs of organization.

Held full responsibility for managing strategic use of human capital in 15 markets totaling over $5 billion in revenue, with 6,000+ employees, including national customer acquisition team. Developed HR infrastructure to facilitate employee-oriented, high-performance culture, with team of 14 HR professionals.

Led store leadership program across three businesses within company: expo design center, Home Depot supply, and landscape supply. Held responsibility for development and implementation of high-potential program designed to create pipeline of leadership within organization.
