Working for one of the leading suppliers of high-quality aluminium window, door and facade systems. My main objective is to generate profitable sales from existing accounts while identifying and converting potential new business.Key responsibilities:+ Maximise turnover and profit to agreed budgets, through increased sales of Schueco products and services+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing companies+ Complete and update business development plans for each key account+ Identify new business and professionally onboard new accounts+ Actively maintain knowledge of company products / services including market trends and competitors activity

Managing the workload of a team of sales representatives, offering individual support to achieve team goals. Monitor and track sales performance by analysing leads before distributing appropriately. Identify opportunity to develop relationships with supply chain and expand product range. Complete on-site surveys and communicate technical challenges to the customer.

Organising appointments with potential customers before visiting, determining exactly what options they have and selling the most suitable products. Preparing accurate quotations, calculating the cost of necessary procedures and products, then managing leads to keep verbal contact with important clients.

Installing windows, doors and conservatories to customers’ properties, working with different customers and scenarios every day. Complying to internal quality standards. Identifying and mitigating health and safety hazards. Managing workload and project deadlines.
