My Responsibilities include and are not limited to:* Financial Reporting to Directors and key company stakeholders within the organisation* Preparation of Monthly Management reports and board papers, review of Monthly Profit and Loss reporting* Preparation of monthly and quarterly statutory returns * Preparation and lodgement of BAS Statements for multiple entities associated with the organisation, PAYG and Income Tax* Manage external bodies such as ATO, Work cover, Suppliers and Creditors* Oversee Financial Reporting and Preparation for external compliance* Completion of monthly reports to external stakeholders - Factory Reporting, Banks and other Institutions* Aid with the Audit processes both internally as well as externally* Develop and foster relationships with Directors and all employees and influence and mentor staff at all levels within the business* Review departmental results and analysis strengths and weaknesses and give advice* Review and monitor daily cash flow position* Load, authorising and submitting external payments including payroll & super* Monitor Aged Debtors and advise accounts dept. - RE - payment swaps / contras in order to reduce the aging amounts and time* Reconcile Balance Sheet items as well as P&L - Stock Accounts, Vehicle Payout Accounts, Rego Clearing, Stamp Duty, LCT, Trade in's, Direct Purchases* Perform Year End procedures Show less
