Have held several roles here at AMA since I began doing manual labor in the warehouse at the age of 14 years old. Until I graduated college in 2011, I spent most summers and school breaks operating in this warehouse and terminal. This entailed manual labor and forklift operation while loading and unloading trucks and maneuvering freight. I began working in the trucking terminal office in September, 2011 as an assistant in OS&D and operations. I spent this year learning the ropes of the business and our computer information system- CAZ. In the past 4 years, I have held several different functions including OS&D Manager, Traffic Manager Asst. (pricing/rating), dispatcher, customer service, customer relations while con-currently holding title as Claims Manger throughout this time. Currently, I am still the Claims Manager at AMA while providing sales support, customer relations, dispatching of our drivers for the last several hours of the day, and assistance in our pricing and rating department.
