A passionate technologist with more than 25 years of experience in management consulting delivering complex, large scale SAP enabled solutions to ASX listed, private and public sector organisations. I specialise in the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning product set and have spent much of my career driving project delivery, project direction and risk management (including project scoping and estimating) of SAP projects. Since 1995, I have successfully applied my skills in the areas of project management, client management, business process improvement, integration, SAP configuration and change management across big 4 consulting firms, start-up consultancies and global specialist consulting environments. In 2011 I joined forces with Deloitte to rebuild the Australian SAP Practice. Prior to this I worked as a Partner at Lodestone Management Consultants where my focus was on Lodestone’s Manufacturing and Wholesale Distribution industry segment. My practice management capabilities and contributions in this position saw the business double within 2.5 years.
