I have nearly a decade of experience as a leader and team member in industrial construction. As a leader I managed the communication and expectations with our employers, oversaw and instructed my crew, and carried out on the job training. During the course of my career I have had to endure extreme environmental conditions on the job while problem solving issues for the jobs all the while maintaining a flawless safety record. I want to leverage this experience into a successful pilot career where the ability to think quickly, mitigate risks, and communicate intentions clearly is always at play.
