My federal career encompasses 20 years of security and law enforcement with the U.S. Department of Defense at Fort Meade, MD; U.S. Army Provost Marshal Office at Ft. Detrick, MD; Federal Aviation Administration and U.S. Department of Homeland Security/TSA, both in Pittsburgh, PA. I also served as Chief of Police for Hyde Park, PA for three years. I have a background in both, Emergency Medical Services (EMT Basic) and also as an Emergency Management Coordinator. In addition to completing Basic Police Training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), I completed additional training courses in Fundamentals of Terrorism Training and Criminal Investigations in an Automated Environment. Prior to my federal career, I completed business courses at the Community College of Allegheny County and the Westmoreland County Community College. I also completed Para-Professional Medical Training at Pennsylvania State University in New Kensington, PA.
