Australian Computer Traders are one of Australia’s largest used IT hardware vendors, dealing exclusively in ex-Government and Corporate hardware.Although titled as a Senior Sales Consultant, my role in the company fell into three main categories; Retail Management, e-Commerce controller, and Account Management.During my time at the company, I helped build towards the 100% increase in retail sales, was instrumental in a 400% increase in website sales, and assisted in rebuilding the education sales section of the business.My key responsibilities in this role were; - Sales (B2B, Face to Face, Phone, Enterprise, Wholesale) - Staff training - Pricing products for sale - Opening and closing the shop - Reconciling payments against day’s invoices - Stock management - Building Client Relationships - After sales support (Technical and logistical) - Processing online orders - Updating and maintaining stock listings - Marketing emails to 10k recipients

Computer Alliance serves as a retail outlet for PC hardware, from individual components to full system builds, software, and accessories. Starting as a sales assistant in 2015, I was promoted to floor supervisor by January 2016 due to my leadership skills, technical aptitude, and rigorous work ethic. Through constant improvement of training techniques with staff, I was able to get the store’s Google review score from 3.8 to 4.2 stars, meanwhile keeping my own sales results high, and having the staff’s overall sales performance grow year over year.My key responsibilities in this role were similar to that of the following role, however with more focus on retail sales and without website management. Predominantly, my daily tasks would revolve around sales, training, complaint management, and acting as senior support for the sales staff.

My tenure was short lived, as the company heading into receivership was prefaced by the termination of entire company departments as early as March of 2015. This led me to seek alternate employment.
