The Business Consultant represents a key interaction point between the client and the implementation team. The Business Consultant will champion the client and sit throughout the entire project lifecycle, assisting with project decisions, delivering key project activities and is core to on-time project delivery.The Business Consultant is accountable for:• Understanding the client’s business needs as they evolve during the project and coordinating suitable responses, involving all necessary stakeholders.• Assisting with the creation of the client ‘solution’ and taking responsibility for the delivery of the client ‘solution’.• Provide onsite or dedicated project and product guidance throughout the project life-cycle. • Be the client’s voice within the company.• Creating reports for the client via Crystal Reporting and X-Query.Through my role as a Business Consultant I also have greater interaction with all departments within the company – development, integration, support, project management – which requires clear and concise communication to ensure projects run smoothly.
