Administer a $22,000,000 portfolio of commercial loans comprised primarily of commercial real estate loans, but also small business loans with mixed collateral. Help the bank prepare for and answer to external loan audits and regulatory exams. Prospect for and generate new commercial loan business.

Executed problem loan resolutions from workouts to liquidation to litigation. Loan types were principally commercial and residential real estate, inclusive of owner occupied and spec SFR, income property and land development. Directed the activities of staff, foreclosure trustees, real estate brokers and attorneys toward liquidations, litigations and bankruptcy resolutions.Through credit analysis and collateral evaluations, helped to better refine the Bank's Loan Loss Allowance.Established procedures with legal counsel requiring a scope of work and budgets to minimize legal expense.Assigned charge off loans to collections as appropriate and established regular reporting of results. Maximized collection of other charged off loans through settlement or litigation.
