I am more than 21 yrs of experiences in different field of work, under the hospitality/food industry. I was started as service crew from fast food chain to different concept of restaurant such as fine dine-in, casual restaurant, including coffee shops. I am also become line cook with knowledge in pasta, sandwich maker, with varieties of drinks such cold, hot, moctails, fresh juices, smothies, sprakling mixes of drinks, milk shakes, and coctails. all the way to fruits platters arrangement. As barman/barista, I am able to handles task as Supervisor, trainor, food safety instractor, foods/drinks costing of coffee shop, creating a drinks/sandwich (if necessary), marketing strategies, paper works, forcasting, controlling, organizing and handling customer's concerns in any situations. Also I am such a person who always stand firm for what is right with justification and without an excuses, with consideration to others.
