• Managed research pharmacology laboratory entailing experiments concerning the novel use of drug combinations in vitro with an eye towards clinical applications. Experiments entailed the use and knowledge of many wet chemistry techniques including direct hands on use of RT-PCR, ELISA, HPLC, SDS-PAGE, MTT & MMP assays and other protein/enzyme assays, DNA and protein purification and modification, Western blotting, microarrays and flow cytometry.• Extensive use of sterile human cells grown in tissue culture and the use of sterile techniques.
