At British Gypsum I was responsible for identifying parts which were causingbreakdowns due to fatigue and calculating their optimum lifespan to ensure parts werereplaced before breakdown which would ultimately lead to avoidable downtime.I was tasked to lead WCM (World Class Manufacturing) electrical projects, the aim beingto identify key areas that were causing contamination of components leading tobreakdowns.
