Highly experienced, professional and enthusiastic Training Manager with over 25+yrs of knowledge gained in the Royal Navy Submarine Service. Heavily involved within maintaining currency of training through implementation of DSAT supported by an understanding and working of Formal Training Statement (FTS) (including the Training Performance Statement (TPS), Training Objectives (TOs), Workplace Training Statement (WTS) and Residual Training Gap Statement (RTGS) to delivery of Assessment Strategy (AStrat) and Assessment Specification (ASpec), Learning Specification (LSpec) Training Authorisation Document (TrAD) in DSAT compliant course templates.All whilst concurrently modernising / transforming trainer & trainee performance, training outputs, customer support and feedback to improve the capability, performance of trainers, trainee's. Constantly aware of the needs of the team, company and stakeholders to ensure that both works effectively and in harmony to achieve the best results.
