I have been with Fostermation for over 6 years and oversee organizational activities . Duties include - Fulfilling quotation request via print interpretation, Accessing request in relationship to scope of capabilities, Estimating cost in relationship to conceptual analysis, variable cost, relevant-range, fixed cost, and direct/indirect cost, strategizing process improvements and increasing efficiency, Job tracking and acknowledgment review of purchase orders/contracts, as well as company lead in regards to ISO certification processes, quality, and managementBefore joining the team, I had 7 years of combined experience in Management, as well as Healthcare. I earned my Bachelor of Science from Edinboro University, where I also minored in Accounting. Current certifications include Business Management, Certificate in Business Ethics, as well as Certificate Compliance ISO 9001: 2015 Internal Auditor. I am an active member of the National Tooling Machining Association (NTMA) as well as Manufacturing Business Association (MBA)When I am not working, I coach local area youth teams in football, wrestling and baseball. I enjoy sports, camping, craft beer, Cross-fit, and spending time with my wife , Lindsey, and two sons, Landon and Connor.
