Anthony has fourteen years experience across Engineering and Construction industries having worked globally on several naval defence projects, pharmaceutical and datacentre projects.These opportunities have given Anthony an insight into a number of sectors covering manufacturing, construction, IT and nuclear.Anthony has a strong understanding of project control processes including; earned value management, risk management and scheduling analysis. Anthony has validated these competencies by attaining a number of APM certifications and using the skills obtained to control a number of projects.Anthony is driven by a mind-set which is fundamentally based around improvement and the desire to obtain optimum project performance and efficiency. Core to this approach are his skills in data analysis, analytical problem solving and strong communication. This is coupled with an attitude that is always attentive to stakeholder input and which readily incorporates change.Anthony embraces responsibility and is naturally comfortable working within a team at any level. He has a strong willingness to learn and to benefit from the experience of others in order to improve his own ability as a manager.Prior to becoming a Project Manager, Anthony studied at both the University of Leeds and Manchester Metropolitan Business School, where he attained a degree in Biology and an MSc in Management. He is now in the primary stages of becoming an accredited Chartered Manager through the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
