Provide excellent customer service, assist customers with locating tools, supplies and other materials to complete home projects. Collaborate with customers to find the best method of completing their projects within the budget set forth by the customer. Daily tasks include, Stocking, Cleaning, Organizing and maintaining grounds during times when customers were not in direct need of assistance.

Plan and conduct logistic assistance sustainment courses and NET on TACOM mission items for LAR's, HQ, TACOM elements, and other users of TACOM equipment or elements supporting TACOM items world-wide.(CONUS / OCONUS)Develop course materials; Ex: Outlines, lesson plans, student/instructor guides, audiovisual aids for use in training. Check all training data using LSAR, PMR files, field reports, contractor data and all available publications, to include but not limited to, TM's and EIR Digest. Provide specific equipment technical expertise/assistance on all TACOM equipment. Provide NET as required. Provide support in evaluating ECPs, MWOs, and DA Form 2028s.

Instructor for New Equipment Training (NET) Programs for TACOM. Provide technical advice and instructional material for the Abrams Family of Vehicles to include operational instruction, gunnery related tasks, special tools, Test Measurement Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) and Embedded Diagnostics (ED) mediums. Develop training materials and conduct classes in proper operation and maintenance procedures. Prepare new training materials to include lesson plans, Programs of Instructions (POI), student guides, workbooks, training aids, etc. Support training and technical guidance to customers. Provide guidance, coordinates, monitors and develops computer based training programs to include video DVD instructional material. Coordinate with contractors and respective Program Managers and matrix personnel to accomplish NET missions. Support all NET and Command policies and perform other duties as assigned.

Provide Army Units with Direct support on the Abrams weapons system (Deployed). Responsible for troubleshooting tank systems, hydraulics, gun tube, turbine engine, optics, fire control, and all related electronics aspects. Provided direct field support for 3 ACR in Iraq and maintained ninety percent operational readiness through the entire deployment.

Provided front end user input at engineering meetings for the Stryker Mobile Weapons System. Developed operator procedures for Technical Manual for the Stryker armored vehicle. Developed gunnery simulation exercises for the Embedded Training Module in the Stryker armored vehicle. Displayed the Stryker at numerous military shows; AUSA, Infantry Conference, Armor Conference and VFW convention.

Instructed Soldiers in all operator aspects for Stryker armored Weapons systems. Initial Instructor for Mortar Carrier variant to soldiers in AK. Developed Program of Instruction for the Stryker Mobile Gun System.

M1 Abrams Tank Platoon sergeant and master gunner. Last assignment was as a Liaison NCO for the Stryker TRADOC System Management office. Providing User input to Industry for three of the ten Stryker variants. Developed Mobile Gun System from the blackboard, thru Army testing, and to fielding.
