Working as part of a team of onsite Quantity Surveyors.Measurement & Estimating.Measuring and Estimating of variations additional to the contract.Measuring and Estimating of various design changes throughout the build.Preparing BOQ's.Producing Sub-contract tender packages.Assisting in the production of Interim evaluations.Providing backup to all accounts.Updating Sub-contractor accounts.Reconciling sub-contractor accounts and eliminating deviations Certifying Sub-contractor payments.Keeping track of weekly site labour.Co-ordinating and ordering materials for delivery from builder’s providers.Communicating and working with other trades and merchants within the industry.Reading and working off detailed drawings.Snagging. Identifying poor workmanship throughout the build and bringing it to the sub-contractors attention to be fixed and made good.
