•Develop and implement strategic marketing communication plans for the WVU Heart and Vascular Institute.•Strategically and effectively targeted initiatives which supported the organization's enterprise-wide objectives and business goals.•Manage and maintain the marketing processes from inception to completion for all the sub-specialties within the Heart and Vascular Institute.•In charge of quarterly reporting and tracking of all the marketing initiatives within the Heart and Vascular Institute.•Regularly collaborate with administrators and budget managers of the Heart and Vascular Institute.•Work closely with internal design team and external agencies.•Monitor, organize, and update marketing (traditional and digital) assets.•Establish and maintain vendor relationships. Oversee and manage all video filming for the Heart and Vascular Institute.•Work directly with executive leadership including, the Director of Client Services & Physician Relations and the Executive Vice President of the Heart and Vascular Institute.•Report campaign analytics to key members of leadership and faculty to keep them informed on the performance of marketing campaigns.
