Technical Support Representative, Level IITroubleshooting potential errors within the customer’s website by checking cPanel or WHM.- Unsuspending any suspended hosting accounts that violated the hosting agreement if deemed necessary.- Working on abuse tickets in the domain industry when it comes to copyright or phishing concerns.- Identifying bugs from the hosting servers and communicating them with the hosting experts. Help customer’s in setting up their Google Workspace plans if needed of a transfer token or manual set up.- Assisting customers who want to transfer their domain on our side and set it up properly. Expediting any outgoing transfers to different registrars.- Providing customers with options in validating their SSL through DNS validation. From changing it from the backend and providing the necessary DNS records to the customer. Processing refunds of products or services within the grace period.- Locating any social media tickets from Twitter and Facebook and addressingcustomers concern.Technical Support Representative - Level III- Transferring domain names between customer accounts when they have expired and they are transferred to our company account for the deletion of it. If there is a hijacking claim.- Deleting domains when we get daily lists from the Registry for expired domain names or just in general when customers do not want the domain anymore and want it removed from their account.- Working on compliance tickets that involve phishing or infringement reports when it comes to domains that are registered on our end.- Updating IPS tags of certain domain names that are not transferred away normally like other TLDs.- Updating contact information within the Registry for specific ccTLDs.- Inserting .CO.UK domain names into customers accounts that are incoming transfers.- Account access requests for changing their email address.
