● Define detailed resource planning and scheduling for major component tests fabrication and assembly work packages● Develop and maintain weekly analysis of shop business performance (health) metrics to shop management providing summary of issues/concerns.● Build planning support for Lab Test activities which includes pre-planning activities, integration meetings, build meetings, daily stand ups and other support for both Domestic and International suppliers/partners● Work in cross-functional teams that evaluate project impacts and adjust the detailed test setup schedules accordingly to mitigate any deviation to plan● Provide recommendations to senior level management and other organizations on processes and improvements through lean workshops● Lead and facilitate integration efforts with Final Assembly and Design, Test groups and Management to support a plan of action for production● Identify risks and mitigation strategies for recovery planning using performance metrics● Define with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to determine specific work packages, assess readiness to work these packages, & release packages to the shop● Coordinate across functions with Quality Analysis, Manufacturing Engineering, Liaison Engineering, Developmental Manufacturing, Material Processor Requirements Facilitator, etc ● Coordinate pre-planning support activities for test, tooling and other major projects for machine and electrical workshops.● Build weekly capacity headcount forecasts for crew across the Statement of work● Work in cross-functional teams that evaluate project impacts and adjust the detailed test setup schedules accordingly to mitigate any deviation to plan● Mentoring and training to all new Industrial Engineering members which includes knowledge transfer, partner support, headcount planning and shop resource loading for various shops
