I look at the end goal of delivering to the customer and how to become their preferred vendor through streamlining processes. Over the past 20 years I have introduced Lean Manufacturing and Mixed Model Manufacturing Principles to multiple industries in the Los Angeles and Kern Counties. Striving not only to streamline production but to come up with a holistic approach to delivering superior products to clients and consumers. Using the principles of Lean to identify redundancies and waste I have been able to reduce redundancies and money draining practices within companies. Adding the values of Mixed Model Manufacturing and Value Streaming I have been able to develop strategies and schedules that look beyond lean and to what is best for the customer and they process. Not everything has to be neat and tidy, I just has to produce efficiently and at a very high quality standard for our team and clients.Team culture is what drives a business to persevere through difficult deadlines and situations. Knowing that you can rely on your teammate is key for everyone's success and that is what I strive to do. We must elevate the team and build a leadership structure that complements the team as a whole through many diverse skill sets.
