Practicing in the area of environmental law at Pillsbury, I assist clients on matters related to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). I particularly focus in the areas of Superfund, Hazardous Waste and the Clean Water Act.Before joining Pillsbury, I served with the U.S. Army's Judge Advocate General's Corps as an Active Duty and Reserve Components officer.
