Corporate Operations Engineer Iii
Current- Consult with users of assistive technologies as a tier 3 technical support specialist to offer 1:1 solutions and recommendations
- Handle escalations from tier 1 and 2 technical support teams on accessibility issues across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile
- Foster cross-functional partnerships including with Accommodations, HR, Business Operations, and engineering teams to improve user experiences, remove technical barriers, and promote diversity & inclusion
- Lead team service marketing strategy to increase awareness of accessibility standards and support at Google
- Develop and provide technical review of scripts and queries used for automating operational tasks and data analysis
