I worked with the Finance team to maintain 10 different Purchase Orders across five different cost centers. I managed the day-to-day relationships between Apple and the Localization vendors, including performance measurement and reviews and any escalations if necessary. I also oversaw the implementation of tools and technology to streamline the QA process and make any necessary adjustments to our workflows. -
