CurrentAnthony Cerroni: With my 20+ years’ experience as a Firefighter/Paramedic and 9 years’ experience as an IC, I'm able to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience from the road as well as from the classroom. I'm also certified through the AHA as an Instructor for BLS, ACLS, PALS and PEARS. I've been teaching Paramedic and EMT classes at Schoolcraft College for the last 8 years as well. My experience also includes being a NAEMT PHTLS Instructor as well as a NREMT Practical Evaluate for the State of Michigan. Biography: I received my Bachelors of Science Degree in Emergency Management from Sienna Heights University and my Associates Degree from Henry Ford College. I've been with the City of Dearborn Heights Fire Department since July 2000, my new rank is Lieutenant / EMS Coordinator. Prior to that I worked for the City of Taylor and Southgate as a Firefighter/ Paramedic. Prior to that I also worked in the ER setting and private ambulance companies. Currently I'm an Adjunct Professor at Schoolcraft College, I teach the Paramedic Internship course. I also established the tutoring program in the EMT Department through the College Reading and Association International Tutor Training Program Certification certified Tutor Level 1 and became certified at the University education level. I'm certified as an AHA Instructor in BLS, ACLS, PALS and PEARS. I'm also certified as an NAEMT Instructor in PHTLS. I also hold many certifications in EMS / Tactical EMS Care and Firefighting.
