Customer Service Manager
CurrentProvide the oversight for transportation issues and inventory management.Manage communications with warehouse workers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.Perform root cause analysis to obtain resolution to customer complaints and issues and resolve customer issues.Prepare reports with important KPI's and submit them to meet deadlines.Maintain relationships with sales, supply, and logistics to understand their needs and requirements.Take the lead in many business and cross functional projects where the customer service center partners with internal stakeholders.Serve as the primary contact between sales, supply, logistics, and manufacturing, to deliver exceptional customer service and to understand their needs.
